How to correctly install and use precision spot welding machines
Precision spot welding machines are widely used in industries such as aviation, aerospace, energy, electronics, vehicles, and light industry. Today, Kunshan Chuangde will guide you on how to correctly install and use precision spot welding machines.
1. The lead wires of precision spot welding machines should not be too thin or too long. The voltage drop during welding should not exceed 5% of the initial voltage, and the initial voltage should not deviate from the power supply voltage by ± 10%.
2. When operating precision spot welding machines, gloves, aprons, and protective goggles should be worn to prevent sparks from flying out and causing burns. The sliding part should be well lubricated, and metal splashes should be removed after use.
3. After 24 hours of use, the screws of each component of the precision spot welding machine should be tightened once, especially paying attention to the connection screws between the copper flexible joint and the electrode. After use, the oxide between the electrode rod and the electrode arm should be regularly removed to ensure good contact.
4. When using a spot welding machine, if it is found that the AC contactor is not firmly engaged, it indicates that the grid voltage is too low. Users should first solve the power problem and use it only after the power supply is normal. The vulnerable parts of this machine include upper and lower electrode moving contacts and static contacts.
